Please join us in cleaning up the floating fireworks debris from the Family 4th on Lake Union. Everyone loves fireworks, but any solid waste that enters Lake Union is potentially harmful to fish and wildlife.

All our kayaks have been reserved, but if you would like to join our shoreline cleanup click here and register with our cleanup partner, Starbucks Coffee.

Paddling Volunteers will meet at the Northwest Outdoor Center (2100 Westlake Ave N) at 9:00 am on July 5th.  We will place volunteers in kayaks on Lake Union where they will remove the fireworks debris.  Lunch will be provided at 12:30 as the conclusion of the cleanup.
