Summer Internship
Puget Soundkeeper Alliance (PSA) seeks applicants from experienced individuals for help with PSA’s outreach work in the field of Pollution Prevention education. The mission of Puget Soundkeeper Alliance is to protect and preserve Puget Sound by stopping the flow of toxic pollutants into the Sound. This is a temporary paid internship position for the period of July 1 through September 30, 2010 with potential for continuation, based on funding availability and performance. The position will include work at the PSA office and in the field. The applicant should have or be able to arrange reliable motor vehicle transportation on short notice as some work will take place in the field.
The work will support PSA’s work on the following projects: Interactive Water Quality Outreach Project, Pumpout Funding Assistance Project, Clean Boating Outreach Project, Clean Marina Project, Volunteer Cleanup projects and other related work.
