Earth Day Cleanup in Tulalip!

April 23, 2016 @ 10:30 am - 1:30 pm

Join Puget Soundkeeper, the Tulalip Tribe, and the Sno-King Marine Mammal Response Network for a day of cleanup and restoration of Mission Beach! The event will kickoff with a sharing of information about exciting restoration work, legal victories, and Puget Sound marine mammals living in the area. From there, we will collect marine debris from the shoreline and remove the ever persistent Scotch broom creeping up to the beach. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided, but bring a lunch if you need extra fuel!

Date: Saturday, April 23rd

Time: 10:30am – 1:30pm

Location: Mission Beach ()

What to bring: Dress for the weather and wear boots/shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and dirty. If you have your own work gloves, please bring them. We’re in the middle of allergy season, so make sure to prepare for a flare up.

RSVP with Michelle (michelle@pugetsoundkeeper.org or 206-297-7002)
