Join Puget Soundkeeper for the second cleanup of the Seattle Summer Cleanup, a series of events focused on removing thousands of pounds of debris from Seattle’s urban waters. On Friday, July 5th our volunteers will be out in kayaks on Lake Union and in teams walking the surrounding neighborhoods of Wallingford, Eastlake and South Lake Union removing fireworks debris and other trash that might otherwise end up in our waterways. Afterwards, all are invited to join us for a picnic lunch in South Lake Union Park.
