Join Puget Soundkeeper on Saturday, June 11th for the first cleanup of the Seattle Summer Cleanup Series (SSCS)! SSCS is a series of events focused on removing hundreds of pounds of debris from Seattle’s urban waters.
On June 11th, we will be cleaning up Seattle by foot, canoe, and kayak! We will provide you with all the supplies you need, and kayak and canoe volunteers do not need any prior experience. More information and registration for each activity below!

Please sign up for only ONE cleanup activity. Space is limited and you can only register one person at a time.
1. FULL!! – Arboretum Walking Cleanup
- Time: 10 am – 12 pm
- Location: Washington Park Arboretum

2. Lake Union Canoe Cleanup
- Time: 9 – 11:30 am
- Location: UW Waterfront Activities Center (WAC)
- Registration: Email jessica@pugetsoundkeeper.org if you would like to register for the open spot.
3. FULL!! – Lake Union Kayak Cleanup
- Time: 9 – 11:30 am
- Location: Northwest Outdoor Center

COVID-19
Please note, volunteers must show proof of vaccination against COVID-19. Masks are optional outdoors, though strongly encouraged.
