Join Soundkeeper staff for a riparian restoration event on Springbrook Creek. Activities will include noxious weed removal (grubbing Himalayan Blackberry) followed by native plant installation. Volunteers will learn about native plant species and the ecosystem services they provide, how to remove noxious weeds, and will practice using various tools.
Soundkeeper’s Lost Urban Creeks youth leaders will join us at the event to assist with restoration. A casual pizza lunch will be provided!
