FULL!! – World Water Day Cleanup at Brackett’s Landing North

March 22, 2022 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

This event is now full. Please email Jessica@pugetsoundkeeper.org or call (206) 297-7002 x108 if you would like to join the waitlist.

Join Puget Soundkeeper for an evening beach cleanup along a Puget Sound Conservation Area in honor of World Water Day! We will meet at Brackett’s Landing North in Edmonds on Tuesday, March 22nd. We will start the cleanup at 5:30 pm and spend two hours collecting marine debris.

By collecting this debris, we will help protect the marine animals and ecosystems of Brackett’s Landing Shoreline Sanctuary Conservation Area. This area’s designation as a Conservation Area by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife prohibits the harvest of all marine resources.

We will provide all the supplies you need, but feel free to bring your own trash grabber, bucket, or gloves if you would like. As the event gets closer, we will send volunteers an email with more details. Space is limited to fifteen volunteers, so make sure to sign up quickly!

Please note, volunteers must show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 and wear masks when gathered. We ask that you do not attend the event if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19. Please email Gillian@pugetsoundkeeper.org if you have any questions about this.
