Today, the Sierra Club and its partners filed suit against Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF) and several coal companies for violations of the federal Clean Water Act.
At 9:00am on Saturday, May 18th more than 400 volunteers will set afloat in kayaks, canoes, rowboats and power vessels with trash grabbers and skimmer nets to clean up debris in a colorful Seattle-style environmental event.
